Birmingham MBA Program Information

The Birmingham MBA is offered at Singapore Institute of Management. In 2012, Financial Times ranked the MBA program at #86 internationally (source), and The Economist ranks the program at #84 (source).

The programme is accredited by AMBA (Association of MBAs), and EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System).

Program Structure

Birmingham MBA is offered in a part time format, and the whole course takes 24 to 48 months to complete. To graduate, students have to complete 8 modules and a dissertation.

Each module is delivered over a 10-days period, comprising of 6 weekday evenings and 4 weekends. The school feels this will allow students to balance their studies and work commitments.

Through the program, students can look to learn more about operational and strategic aspects of management disciplines. The curriculum is delivered via lectures and seminars, and complemented with  case studies and computer simulation.

Entry Requirements

To enter the program, applicants should have the following qualification:

  • At least 3-5 years work experience
  • A good second class degree

A GMAT is not required.

The MBA will cost students approximately S$30,000.
