University of Hull EMBA Program Information

The University of Hull EMBA (or Hull MBA) is offered at Kaplan Higher Education Institute,  in Singapore.

The MBA degree is accredited by Association of MBAs. Its business school, the Hull Business School, is triple accredited by Association of MBAs, EFMD, and AACSB International.

However, the program has yet to be ranked by any major business publications.


Program Structure and Curriculum

The course is delivered in a part-time format, across 7 'terms'. The curriculum comprises of 12 modules, they are as follows:
  1. Managing in Organisations
  2. Human Resource Management
  3. The Economic Environment
  4. Marketing
  5. Operations Management
  6. Accounting and Finance for Managers
  7. Research Methods
  8. Strategic Management
  9. Managing Holistically
  10. Organisational Change
  11. International Business
  12. Complex Project Management
On the student's final term, he/she will have to complete a MBA Dissertation to graduate.

There are 36 contact hours for each module, consisting of seminars and workshops. Each academic cycle is 6 weeks long, in the first week, students will attend seminars, and in the second to sixth week, they'll do their revisions and prepare for examinations.


Entry Requirements and Course Fees

Applicants who want to be admitted into the program, must meet these minimum requirements:
  1. A good university degree, or equivalent professional qualification, and
  2. 3 or more years of work experience, and
  3. A good command of the English Language
The tuition fee for HULL EMBA is S$24,396, it is all inclusive, which means that all your textbooks, study guides, seminars and workshops, assignments and examination, degree and transcript, are included.
