University of Buckingham MBA Program Information

The University of Buckingham MBA is offered at Marketing Institute of Singapore Training Centre. The program has yet to be ranked or accredited by major business publications or accrediting bodies.

Program Structure and Curriculum

The course is offered in both full-time and part-time format.

Students will take 24 months to complete the part-time program, classes are held 2 to 3 times a week, on weekdays. The curriculum comprises of 13 modules, they are as follows:
  1. The Corporate Environment
  2. Operations Management
  3. Strategic Marketing Management
  4. Human Resource Management
  5. Strategic Management
  6. Finance
  7. Managing People Across Cultures
  8. Business Law
  9. Global Business
  10. Business Research Methods
  11. E-Business and E-Commerce
  12. Leadership and Management
  13. Work Based Project
The modules are taught through lectures, tutorials, and seminars. Student's academic performance is assessed through projects, coursework, presentations, and examinations.

Entry Requirements and Course Fees

Applicants who wish to directly enter the MBA program must have these qualifications:
  • At least a 2nd class honours degree in Business
Applicants who only have a general/pass degree or a diploma, will have to first complete a preparatory course - "Graduate Diploma in Business Management", with the school.

Applicants do not have to have any work experience to qualify for admission.

International students whose first language is not English will have to take TOEFL/IELTS.

The course fees for University of Buckingham MBA is S$23,000. The fees do not include textbooks.
